6x6 Art Raffle 2023

Welcome to the Annual 6x6 Art Raffle! 

• We encourage everyone to view artworks in person in addition to our online platform.  The gallery will be open from 11 AM - 5PM every day except for Sunday, November 5 and Monday, November 6.
• Online ticket sales will close November 9 at 5 PM. 
• Tickets will still be available for purchase in person at the event until 6:45 PM.
• Winners will be announced at 7 PM in person at the closing reception on November 9 and on SAA's Facebook Live.  Do not need to be present to win.
• Out of town? No problem! Shipping available at extra cost to the buyer.   

6x6 Art Raffle Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase raffle tickets?
You must register or log in to your existing Givesmart account. Once you are logged in and a debit or credit card is linked, you may click on any artwork you wish to buy tickets for. Enter the number of tickets you want to purchase for that particular artwork and push BUY. Do not fill in a bid number. Those will be assigned to you. You then will be able to checkout after you have finished selecting your tickets. All remaining items in your cart will automatically be checked out for you at 5 PM on November 9.  

Is this a silent auction or a raffle?
Patrons have brought to our attention a small error on this website that we are unable to change on our end. Please disregard the "How Bidding Works?" button located on item pages at this time as it explains silent auction rules and not our raffle. You are buying chances to win any particular artwork at $2 each. Those chances will go into a basket at the closing reception and winners will be drawn.

Do you take check or cash payments?
Check and Cash payments can be made in person at the SAA Collective during gallery hours and at the closing reception on November 9 beginning at 5:30 PM. 

How do I know what my bid number is?
Bid numbers will be assigned within 24 hours after you register into the raffle. Check back and you will see your bid number under "My Info." Emails will also be sent Wednesday, November 8th reminding you of your bid number! Bid numbers will be used to anounce the winners.

How do I know if I win a 6x6 artwork?
All winners will be announced in person at our closing reception at the SAA Collective on Thursday, November 9 at 7:00 PM. The closing reception will run from 5:30 - 8:00 PM with games, prizes, and refreshments. Winners will also be announced on the Springfield Art Association's Facebook via FB Live. All winners are also notified by the email they registered with.
